· Current utility bill, apartment rental agreement, mortgage agreement, or property tax bill

· Unexpired I.D. issued by municipal, county State or Federal government agency

ECARDS

The BCCLS Library consortium offers the option of applying for a virtual library card on their website. Patrons must fill out their name and address on an online form in order to receive this ‘ecard,’ which will give access to e-books, e-audiobooks and e-magazines. Please note that this ecard may not allow access to certain databases that the library subscribes to.

Patrons need a regular library card to access in-person library services such as ordering and checking out physical items. Your ecard can easily be converted into a regular library card. Just visit the library and present one of the forms of I.D. listed in the Montvale Resident – Adult Section. We will renew ecards for six months for any patrons who do not wish to visit the library, but want to continue accessing e-books, e-audiobooks and e-magazines. Ecards can be renewed by phoning or emailing the library.
