Registrants to programs held at the Montvale Public Library understand that publicity photographs may be taken during the event and their image/photographic likeness may appear in photographs taken during the story hour, programs, and other events. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.  Photographs may be posted on our website, Facebook, Instagram, or in newspaper press release.

 

The Montvale Public Library will not seek any further permission nor provide any notification before using such photos.
